What are my chances of getting into a good college like U of I (Urbana)?

I just completed my junior year of high school and was curious if I would have a good chance at getting into U of I at Urbana Champaign or not. I'm an Illinois resident, got a 28 on my ACT, and have a weighted GPA of 4.4, or about 3.8 unweighted. I'm ranked pretty high in my class in high school (top 5 percent), and do about 4-5 extra curricular activities, including tennis and band. I know you can't really calculate chances just from this information, but I was just curious what my college outlook looks like based on some of my strengths.
