Will female syrian hamsters mate with inbred male syrians?

I remember reading something about this somewhere before but have been unable to find the article. Will female syrian (teddy bear) hamsters mate with inbred males? My hamster had pups awhile ago (with her brother because she got pregnant at the pet store) and I separated the pups because the males kept trying to mate with the females (and also because syrians are a solitary breed) but the females would always fight the males off, and I was wondering if it's because the pups were inbred?
