My brother died and everyone around me distanced themselves cos they didn't know how to approach the situation.. So I was very lonely. A man kept going out of his way to see me.. Me being at a bad place in my life let him in. Dated him and found myself too afraid to leave. He was abusive.. I got sicker and skinier and sadder and started to believ I needed him cos no one else could love me.. As abuse has these affects on people. Lucky for me, one night he threw me down the stairs in the dark and locked the door. I was forced to live in my car, but I was finally released from him. For years I was like a little mouse. Afraid of people.. If it sounded like sum1 was at my door I'd run to the shower so they'd think I was unavailable.. Once you start letting positiv things into your life (which takes courage to begin with) you'll be able to let all the toxic go.. The only person your hurting is yourself.. Revenge will not make you feel better. But if you just pitty them, and not expect more of these people, you will realize you don't need to even waste your thort or heart on them.. And when you forget what they taught you about yourself and when you learn to see you in perspective.. You'll see your a strong amazing person that endured through so much. Its similar to the movie The Descent but this is about a hotel that is above caves that are a tourist attraction. Just because its not her out of the job doesnt mean your now being home at different times and the stress you are likely giving off are not new to her. My only suggestion is to feed her once a day and early evening after all trips are done for the day and as you now a good outing before you leave. It wouldn't hurt to train her to go on command (take her out and give her a set word or phrase stand till she goes and praise like heck). This way you can get her to go before each trip. also a harness/seat belt to keep her in one seat with a water proof twin size sheet under her will save you some hassle till she gets things back under control.

So for example, your RR Jolteon can be used in tournaments because it's newer (made more recently). Your Flareon EX can't be used because EX cards are quite old (made some time ago). NEED HELP!! How can I tell if a baby rat is ready to leave it's mother?

I want to take two baby rats home from a place that uses them to feed snakes, but I'm not sure how old they are, or if they're inbred. I would say that this is not too much for you. Though it may become difficult and you will have to work very hard. In my freshman year i took Honors Finite math, Honors Bio, Honors Spanish 3-4, AP Human geography, Advanced Music theory, Honors English and extracurricular actives such as speech and debate, marching and jazz band. It was very tough but I ended up getting all A's with much focus and determination.

I have a guinea pig who has a 4th back toe that I just recently noticed. The other two have 3 on each back foot, he is short haired and average sized (just incase it matters) but he seems to have an extra on his back left foot, it isn't attached like the others it just hangs off slightly to the side. I'm really behind schedule with college?

So my parents are paranoid and thought that i would get beat up in public school or something. They're solution was to send me to a Christian private school. This school sucked. They have no athletics programs or any extra-curricular activities really. We had no counselor to tell us about the PSAT, SAT, or ACT. So me and the only other senior are a bit lost at the moment. Just watched the movie 21 and there is that one scene where the professor sets up a word problem. He says that there are three doors two of which have goats behind them and one has a car. The student picks door 1 (at this point it is a 1/3 chance of a car). The professor then opens door 3 and says that there is a goat behind it. The student then decides to switch to door two because he claims that there is a 2/3 chance that the car is behind that door. WHY? When did it change from a 1/3 probability. My bet is that one is the UKC one is not eligible for AKC registration because a dog in their line had limited papers which means it should not have been bred. I am a grade 11 student, I am applying to university in the fall. I have a 94% average. My father is a professor at Brock University, it isn't great, but it's not horrible. This means I get free tuition, and if I get a scholarship, I am basically getting paid to go to university. You should be able to get into your top four without much of a problem. For your final five, those schools typically accept 15% of applicants or less. Considering most have very similar credentials--also higher GPAs for the most part--i'd give you a fifteen percent shot, same as all other applicants.

First of all take a deep breath, and relax. That looks like every possible AP class to take imaginable. A few of the UC schools look at two GPA's the full 4 year one, and then just sophomore/junior year combined one. You should take to a school counselor to get the specifics about this. I think the general rule is UC will take the top 10% of the graduating class. Of course other aspects are looked at too including clubs and organizations. Also SAT/ACT tests. You sound like a great student, and I am sure you will ultimately end up where you want to be/are meant to be.

Ok so i was at my cousins house for here bday, i am a guy. I go to one of the top five boarding schools in New England. I have mediocre grades, good SATs, and amazing extra-curricular activities. My gpa isn't the best because I transferred to my school from an easy public high school in tenth grade. I had a horrible time my first year and a half, so for tenth grade I had a C+ average, and then for the first semester of 11th grade too. But then I got my act together, and got a B/B+-average for the second semester, so my overall year grade became a B-. Now my gpa, from that school is a C+, but when combined with my grades from my previous school(because I had straight As) becomes a B, but I'm not sure if the official transcript will combine the public school's with my current private schools. I was going through a very difficult transition period, and the teaching styles of my teachers were completely different than what I was used to. I also had depression from homesickness, and had major anxiety problems No women from my school have ever gone to Barnard, because they usually opt for Columbia or other Ivies instead. If I apply ed, write a letter explaining my grades, have unique essays, great teacher's recommendations, improve my SAT scores, am the leader of three clubs, and do community service, will I get in? Also, I am African American(first generation born in America, and speak two African languages, I also lived in Ghana(where my family and I are from) for six years. I will not deny it, and I say it shamelessly and proudly, I hope that affirmative action will help me, because the end justifies the means, and I know that once I get there, I will work my butt off to prove that I deserve to be there, and that I didn't just get there because of my race/ethnicity.

My usually happy, creative, and very smart 10 year-old son has become so incredibly moody over the past year with a serious addiction to his hand-held video game. What good qualities can I write about myself in a cv. I have no experience?

hi, I'm 15 and I am wanting to write a cv as I am looking for a job. I have had no work experience,just babysitting. I don't do any out of school curricular activities either. My school report is average and I got an improvement needed for punctuality, so I can not include any of this in my cv. Please help me decide on what I can write in my cv. I have a list of good qualities that I think I demonstrate, for example I am responsible and reliable, but I don't know how to back up my judgement with evidence.

I just found out that last summer when my boyfriend went on a trip with his friends that he slept with some nasty girl... on top of that it happened on my birthday which he never called.. well he did but at 12 o clock at night when the day is over. i found out all the details and confronted him about it and of course he denied denied denied... how i know is that he told people about it and word got around... what makes this situation even more messed up is that i most likely got hpv from him and his extra curricular activities because before the trip i never had it.. it was months after this trip. i know what he did and so does he,, he just cant man up and admit it. i just feel really hurt and betrayed any advice to help me feel better about dumping his ***??

No, I'm not inbreeding my cats, I'm just curious what some of their deformities could be. I'm pretty sure my cat Spyro is inbred though, and she has no problems at all (I got her from a house that had a bunch of cats in it, and has had a bunch of cats since a long long time.)

What is the difference between "disease process", "signs and symptoms", and "pathophysiology of the disease"?

I am writing a paper on hyperthyroidism for my pathophysiology course, and the rubric seems really unclear to me. Maybe it's because this is an accelerated course and the first of its kind that I've taken, but I can't figure out exactly what the professor is looking for, and they haven't responded to my attempts at contact yet. The rubric wants a section where I "define the disease process", then a separate section where I discuss "signs and symptoms" as well as treatment options, and another section where I discuss the "pathophysiology of the disease". Wouldn't there be a lot of overlap between the information for each of those sections? What exactly does "define the disease process" mean anyway?

I have recently just recieved my new high school gpa and it wasnt what i expected it to be?

My professor (Who I swear looked way younger than any of us in class) had these really cute hoodies that were long (they went to her shin) and skinny (fitted). Then I saw them worn in a korean drama. Could inbreeding cause allergy issues in a cat?

I rescued my cat from a farm when she was a kitten. I grew up on a farm so I know how short a farm cat's lifespan can be.. I wouldn't be surprised if her parents were closely related. She's a smart, normal kitty, but she has really bad skin allergies. She'll get severe scabs all over her chin and chest. At first we were told it was cat acne, but our newer vet said it's allergies and she requires a yearly shot. Is it possible that things like allergies can be more prevalent in cats who are inbred?

did you not ask the vet. If the vet says he is fine then don't worry. Dogs can have problems even if the parents are not inbred and he needs a home so take him and love him.

Is this story detail going too far?

I am a sophomore and since freshman year I have been improving gpa and class rank wise. Last year, for the two semesters I got around a 3.6 and now I have a 3.7. I do so many extra curricular activities, clubs, and volunteer work and taking 3 out of 4 total honors classes offered for my grade. Next year I will be taking 2 AP classes and 2 honors classes. I am planning to just keep on improving gpa and class rank or maintaining a 3.7. I am concerned about the college that will accept me because I want to have a good future. oh and i know SAT's are important as well, and i plan to do well on those. I am just worried about college!

Hey guys! Need help from some math buffs. I'm tutoring a friend in calculus while her regular tutor is out of town and I need some help with a word problem her professor assigned. It's been 5 years since I've taken calculus 1, but I think the biggest problem I'm having is her professor's lack of clarity when writing his word problems. Any help is greatly appreciated. And keep in mind that I'll need to explain to her how to do this, as well. We're working with derivatives. "Two runners are running on circular tracks each of which has a circumference of 400m. The tracks are 100m apart and the runners start opposite each other and move at the same constant rate of 400m/min. How fast are the runners separating when each has run 10m?" Am I exercising too much?

Now that it's summer I have a lot of time on my hands... I don't really have extra curricular activities so I'm stuck home pretty much all day unless I go out (there's really not much to do in my town).... Anyways I'll usually wake up about 11 am and ride my bike from about 12-2.... I rest for a while and do p90x from about 5-6... then I finish off with jump roping about an hour from 8-9... I'm just wondering... I'm not light headed or anything or puking, but my muscles are tensed up like I'm on roids or something. Is this alright?

Why do i feel this way?

Would i be able to be accepted in an ivy league school with this GPA?

I would like my future career to be in the medical Field, and i know how competitive med schools are so i want to go to a really good undergraduate school ( possibly Ivy League) so i can major in biochemistry and be on my way to becoming a doctor. My high school GPA is a 3.9, i was in honors science throughout my high school career but dropped out of honors math because i wasn't in honors in middle school and it was too much having 2 math courses in one year. i only took 3 AP courses (AP bio, AP world history and AP physics) and i have also been a volunteer at a hospital since i was a freshman, volunteer at a Vacation Bible school camp since 7th grade, train soccer teams, have my own cake Business, on Varsity soccer, and am in many other extra-curricular activities which include Mock-trial, SADD and key club . I have this drive to be a doctor which has pushed me to manage my grades and become involved in all of these things in my community. Would i have a chance to getting into COlombia or Cornell or any other Ivy league schools? Are there any other colleges that aren't ivy league in the tri-state that is less than $50,000 a year that would help me get into med school?

If you have an EXCEPTIONAL SAT score, GPA, and do great at your interview you may be okay. They will probably ask you why you don't have extra cirriculars though.

The new rat probably had (and might still have) a respiratory infection. It is very common in pet store animals because they use pine bedding which causes this. If you have pine bedding, switch to a different kind immediately. I would get a round of antibiotics for the younger rat, just to make sure it's gone. If it isn't a respiratory infection, then ask your vet what to do.

I completed my mba in hr and marketing this year. i applied in many co's for job but got no reply from anywhere.i am average student , always got 1st division but i have weak communication skills and i have poor english .I don't know where is my life going.i completed my studies but i have no job now. my aunt says me to study for IAS but that's too tuff, my cousin says me to do PhD but i find no scope of PhD in management accept a professor. How do I remember what I read from my textbooks?

I'm taking United States History and Film History right now, 2 classes= 6 units total, and summer intersession is 6 weeks long. Would you recommend annotating the textbooks while reading both of those books? The US History textbook is a little more complicated than the Film History textbook, the Film HIstory textbook is a fairly short and easy read. Still, I want to remember what I read, or else in about 2 weeks when midterms comes for those classes, I will be in trouble. Good news is both class is open note exams, with my US History class professor allowing students to use a LAPTOP, anything! Cool professor LOL. But how do I stay on top of things? Please answer based on experience, THANKS :)

Lif is hard and it sometimes is harder than at other's times, but what we have total control over is what choices we make. So go to the doctor and get something like an anti depressant to help you cope and then start dealing with each issue one by one, if you sit and think about everything all at once and all the time, you are always going to feel dispondent and totally overwhelmed, but if you break it all up into bits you can deal with one at a time, then it is fixable.
