What should i do to ensure a seat in Harvard Business School ?

I'm 19 years , doing my BE in anna university, making into harvard business school has been my dream ever since i came to know about it .I feel i have a decent academic record with a cgpa of 9 and some extra curricular activities . i'm confident of cracking GMAT to reach their expectations . But i know that HBS expects something more than just a normal guy with a good score . Can anyone please guide me what it takes to ensure a seat in HBS ?
