Bearded dragon in-breeding?

I have had a regular, generic bearded dragon from pet smart for the past 5 years. Recently, i've been looking at colored beardies, and breeding them. Me and my boyfriend really like the citrus & red ones, but I do have 1 question - if I buy 2, a male and a female beardie from the same website, would they be from the same parents, and be inbred? Is that totally not ok, should I buy 2 from 2 separate websites? We've already got an extra 100 gal. aquarium, along with an incubator.
