Hi i have a friend who is going to Dayliy ttend notre dame college of ohio for pollo but wants to become a dr ?

Yes my friend wants to play college water pollo and become a dr. In oncology What are there chances satisticaly to acomplish this if they attend a college like noter dame college of ohio this is not the university of noter dame but a School that is un ranked at a high national level and offers no doctorate programs of any nature. Would they be better of attending a community college doing a bunch of extra curricular activities and than transfiring to a well known school and than applying to a med school. I want to see them suceed and would just like a second opnion.
