How to get into Harvard at graduate level?

I'm an undergraduate student in Ireland. I have good grades and I part-take in many extra curricular activities. Can anyone basically tell me what it would take to get into a taught masters degree? If any of you could tell me what the application process would involve (e.g. interviews etc.) or what would it take for me to be an ideal candidate I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks :-)
