Racist French Girl?!?

There is this girl in my class, and I dont really talk to her much but I know that she is French. I have overheard her saying that Germans were just tall, blonde, and inbred. I am german and this offends me so much, what shall I do?? I mean, i can always call her a hairy snail eating frog, but that is just being reacist back!! and I know for a FACT that I am NOT inbred!!!! rr, she makes me so mad!
